Katerina Passa

Katerina Passa was born in 2000, in Athens.

After graduating from Athens College she moved to England to pursue her architectural studies where she graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Architecture.

During that time she developed her love for sustainable environmental design as well as for a human-centered design approach. Working on both small and large scale projects she aspires to incorporate environmentally friendly aspects in her schemes through innovative design solutions.

During her final year of study, where she designed a large scale dementia care center alongside the NHS, England’s publicly funded healthcare system, she was fascinated by the “healing” role of architecture. From then on she strives to design adopting a human-centered design approach, aiming to create spaces specifically catered to ameliorate their inhabitants’ day to day life.
