- Taking the concept of “expressive repetition”, where the repetition of a syllable within the same word is used to overemphasize its meaning, and transferring it to architecture, the Kifissia project aims to create the homozygous identification of two villas. The application of the “expressive repetition” of the number 2 represents the word “twin”, indicating our aim to design two complementary villas.
Our design strategy aims to frame unobstructed views of the natural environment, hence the placement and orientation of both villas was of outmost importance.
