This short term 85m2 rental house in Neos Kosmos embodies our aim for designing with an eclectic conjunction of modern and vintage architectural material collections. Through this aesthetic approach we strive to combine the traditional with the contemporary, both visually and practically through “recycling” materials from various eras. The 1950’s house was renovated to host 2 couples, a small family or a small group of friends, all of which can enjoy small dinner parties and other outdoor activities in the rental’s backyard.
